Dover is a designer and manufacturer of precision positioning products and motion systems. Dover has a 40+ year history of providing highly reliable products and systems to a wide range of markets.

Our core competencies include innovative linear XY, Z counterbalance, gantry, linear air bearing, rotary air bearing, controller design, and in house machining capabilities to provide high accuracy products. Dover’s capabilities extend beyond mechanical tables to include base, and frame design utilizing materials such as granite, steel, aluminum, ceramic, and carbon fiber. Dover’s products span from 5mm travel up to 10m of travel and range from 1 axis of motion to more than 14 axes. We have developed solutions for a broad range of applications in the medical, life science, semiconductor, data storage and general factory automation markets.
